These numbers are real and they have a direct correlation with the stat that an employer loses an average of $5,000 per year per employee due to financial-related stress. Those are some daunting figures and RTM is here to reverse them.
Our program is simple. Non-beholden, non-competitive, and independent advice. We are affiliated with no one, we do not compete with your existing benefits and we are wholly independent. We do all of that, so we can serve better.
Here's a simple breakdown of how the program works. All the enrolled associates are offered the following services:
One hour presentation on the 9 Moves program
One hour follow-up Q&A (town hall style) immediately following presentation
Each employee gets a 30 or 60 minute personal session with one of our consultants to be scheduled at their convenience. We can perform this service onsite or digitally via Facebook Video Chat, Skype, Google Hangouts, or FaceTime. We have availability between 06:00 AM and 11:00 PM, because we know how crazy schedules get, so we want to be available when your associates are.
